Mr Aditya Saurabh possesses extensive and comprehensive expertise in the realms of Litigation, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, Banking and Finance, as well as Real Estate and Municipal Laws. Having earned a degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom—a globally esteemed institution—he has applied his legal acumen with increasing sophistication. He has served as a legal advisor to a multitude of corporate entities, including prominent manufacturers and industrial leaders in the Real Estate, Sugar, and Mining sectors. His profound understanding and specialized knowledge of Land Laws, Textiles and Apparel, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Laws, and Property Laws, particularly in relation to contractual disputes, have earned him numerous accolades.
Moreover, Mr. Saurabh has a distinguished record of successfully representing esteemed Private Companies and Statutory Corporations in various legal matters before diverse judicial forums. Mr. Animesh Rastogi

Mr. Rastogi is a driving force of MOTANI ASSOCIATES and has been instrumental in developing and nurturing the team. As a team leader Mr. Rastogi has always played a role of a mentor to his team. Mr. Rastogi is enrolled as an Advocate with Delhi Bar Council and has been practicing in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, Consumer Courts and Central Administrative Tribunal for past 13 years. His areas of specialization are matters related to IPR, civil laws, dispute resolution, and arbitration. He has been actively representing various clients and private organizations before various forums in Delhi and other states. He has a vide exposure and experience of arguing and conducting trials before the Courts and Tribunals. He has an expertise in drafting Civil Suits, Criminal Complaints, Writ Petitions, Special Leave Petitions, and Appeals.
